I think most people make a new years resolution with the intention of actually following through with it, it just ends up being that they can be awfully tough to keep up with. For me though, last year is the last year that that will happen! I really need to loose some weight, be more active and generally get more exercise. I could be worse off, but in my mind it would be better for me to develop better habits now rather than be totally lost years down the line when things have really fallen apart body wise.
